Practice and reflection on the reform of ideological and political teaching in the course of employment guidance for medical students under the concept of"three-wide education"
Based on the investigation and understanding of the ideological and political status of medical students in employment and the effect of ideological and political construction in employment guidance course,this study aimed at the problems of insufficient integration of ideological and political elements,single teaching method and imperfect assessment method in employment guidance course in a medical university in Guizhou Province,and discussed the deepening of ideological and political teaching reform in employment guidance course under the concept of"three-wide education",digging deeply into the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,constructing and perfecting the multi-dimensional collaborative course teaching system,improving the teaching content design,flexible using diverse educational methods,and optimizing the course evaluation method.After the course teaching,the implementation effect was scientifically evaluated.The results of questionnaire survey showed that the effect of ideological and political teaching reform was obvious,which improved the teaching quality and effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in the course of employment guidance,and realized the goal of comprehensive education.
