维持性血液透析患者自我同情现状及其影响因素分析

目的 调查维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者自我同情现状并分析MHD患者自我同情的影响因素.方法 选取2022 年1 月—5 月在湖州师范学院附属第一医院血液净化中心诊治的223 例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象(实际参与问卷调查 220 例),采用一般资料调查问卷、自我同情量表、抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表、自尊量表对其进行相关调查.采用多元线性回归分析方法对相关影响因素进行统计分析.结果 MHD患者自我同情水平总分为(69.64±7.50)分.多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、合并其他慢性疾病、抑郁、社会支持、自尊是MHD患者自我同情水平的主要影响因素(均P<0.05).结论 MHD患者自我同情评分处于中等偏下水平,年龄、合并其他慢性疾病、抑郁、社会支持、自尊对患者的自我同情产生影响.医护人员应当针对其影响因素制定针对性的干预措施,改善MHD患者的自我同情水平.
Current status and influencing factors of self-compassion in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-compassion in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods From January 2022 to May 2022,223 MHD patients in the Blood Purification Center,The First Affilated Hospital of Huzhou University were selected as the research objects and 220 patients actually participated in questionnaire survey.General data questionnaire,self-compassion scale,depression self-rating scale,social support rating scale and self-esteem scale were used to investigate.The influence factors were statistically analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total score of self-compassion level in MHD patients was 69.64±7.50.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,other chronic diseases,depression,social support and self-esteem were the main influencing factors of self-compassion level in MHD patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The score of self-compassion in MHD patients is lower than the middle level.Age,other chronic diseases,depression,social support and self-esteem have influence on the self-compassion of patients.Health care providers should make specific intervention measures based on their influencing factors to improve their level of self-compassion.
