摘要

本文介绍了一种C波段连续波磁控管的设计仿真,首先进行了谐振腔参数设计,通过CST 仿真软件进行本征模分析,建立了高频结构模型模拟动态PIC仿真,再通过对比磁控管预起振时阳极电流的不同状态,反向分析阴极的不同发射条件对磁控管起振的影响.最后完成对磁控管制管测试工作,得到工作电压 6.3kV,工作频率 5.8GHz,输出功率 1kW,阳极电流0.3A及效率 52.9%的C波段连续波磁控管.

Abstract

This paper introduced a simulation for the CW magnetron which worked in the frequency of the C band.At the first step,we designed the parameters of an initial resonator cavity,then according to analyze the Eigen modes applied by CST simulation software,which built a 3D module of high-frequency structure,dynamic PIC simulation also have been discussed at the same time.On the basis of comparing to the different status of pre oscillation currents,we came to a conclusion that the diversities of cathode emis-sion states would importantly affect magnetrons'working conditions.Finally,we completed the works for making and testing to sample tubes so that we designed a C band CW magnetron which's output power is 1 kW,at the operating frequency of 5.8GHz,voltage of 6.3 kV,and corresponding to the anode currents of 0.3 A and a power conversion efficiency of 52.9%.
