设计了一套基于 PLC 和物联网的微波合成分子筛控制系统,该系统以西门子 S7-200 smart PLC 作为控制器,以Tlink云平台为物联网开发平台,通过传感器实时采集现场的温度、压力等信号传递给 PLC,经 PLC 内部程序处理后发送给DTU无线物联网模块,利用 4G物联网技术将采集的数据传输至云服务器,并在云服务器上搭建工业物联网监控平台.通过手机 APP软件和PC端与云服务器连接,最终实现设备的远程监控.系统测试运行结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,验证了数据传输的稳定性和可行性,能实时远程监控微波合成分子筛设备的运行.
Design of Microwave Synthesis Molecular Sieve Control System Based on PLC and Internet of Things Technology
A microwave synthetic molecular sieve control system based on PLC and Internet of Things is designed.In which the Siemens S7-200 smart PLC is used as the controller and the Tlink cloud platform is used as the development platform for the Internet of Things.The on-site temperature,pressure and oth-er signals real-time collected through sensors are transmitted to the PLC,which are processed by PLC in-ternal program and sent to DTU wireless Internet of Things module.The collected data is transmitted to the cloud server using 4G Internet of Things technology,and an industrial Internet of Things monitoring platform is built on the cloud server.By connecting to cloud server through mobile app software and PC,remote monitoring of the device is ultimately achieved.The test and operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,it can realize stable and feasible data transmission,as well as remote real-time moni-toring of the microwave synthesis molecular sieve equipment.
