The research is focused on low loss and low reflection energy transmission system for Q-band broadband helix traveling wave tubes.Feedback single ridge transition waveguide and box window are adopted to optimize the transition waveguide impedance transformation structure,inner conductor size and helix large pitch transition structure.An energy transmission system with VSWR less than 2 within 33-50 GHz is obtained,and it has been successfully applied in Q-band broadband multi-purpose helix trave-ling wave tubes.
