摘要

为提高高压电源测试校准过程的效率,基于LabVIEW开发环境设计了一款集万用表 34461A仪器控制和高压电源远程控制为一体的自动化测试软件.该软件以 LabvVIEW仪器驱动作为基础,通过合理的软件编程将传统的人工逐点记录数据转变为计算机自动设置保存数据,大大节约了测试校准的时间,提高了高压电源的研发效率.

Abstract

In order to improve the test and calibration efficiency of high-voltage power supplies,an au-tomatic test software combining instrument control of multimeter 34461A and remote control of high-volt-age power supply is designed with LabVIEW development environment.The software is based on the Lab-VIEW instrument driver,which transforms traditional point by point manual data recording into computer automatic setting and saving.Therefore,the test and calibration time is greatly reduced,and the R&D ef-ficiency of high-voltage power supply is improved.
