220 GHz平面回旋管的理论分析

为了提高回旋管的输出功率,满足等离子体加热等领域的需求,设计了一款220 GHz平面回旋管,介绍了平面回旋管多模时域模型的数值模拟方法,使用MATLAB进行编程优化,最终使横向互作用效率达到36.6%,总互作用效率达到25.4%,模式场沿横向均匀分布,实现了能量的横向输出,输出功率达到142 kW.并与220 GHz圆柱回旋管数值模拟结果进行对比,相较于传统圆柱回旋管输出功率提高了一个数量级.
Theoretical Analysis of a 220GHz Planar Gyrotron
In order to enhance the output power of gyrotrons and meet the demands of plasma heating and other fields,a 220GHz planar gyrotron is designed.The numerical simulation method for a multi-mode time-domain model of the planar gyrotron is introduced,and the MATLAB is used to optimize the pro-gramming.Ultimately,the transverse interaction efficiency reaches 36.6%,the total interaction efficiency reaches 25.4%.The mode field is uniformly distributed along the lateral direction,achieving lateral energy output with an output power of 142kW.Compared with the numerical simulation results of 220GHz cylin-drical gyrotrons,the output power of the planar gyrotron is increased by an order of magnitude.
