Study on Cathode Filament Fracture Mechanism of Hot-Cathode Ionization Gauge
The working principle and composition structure of the hot cathode ion gauge are introduced.The cathode filament fracture mechanism of the ion gauge is analyzed from three aspects of filament thinning,material defects,and process defects.Based on the fracture mechanism,some suggestions dur-ing use process are put forward to extend the service life.
