隧道式微波解冻设备大开口抑制器的优化设计

隧道式微波解冻设备,可以对整体包装的冻肉进行解冻.由于冻肉的包装尺寸比较大(约 600 mm×400 mm×200 mm),要求抑制器开口≥210 mm才能保证冻肉顺畅通过设备,电抗式抑制器(混合式抑制器、销钉式抑制器等)在尺寸和抑制效果上不能满足微波泄漏要求(≤5 mW/cm2),所以通常采用电阻性抑制器(全水套式)进行抑制.本文以电阻性和屏蔽式相结合的抑制器作为 915 MHz大开口隧道式微波解冻设备的抑制器,通过仿真模拟和结构设计,实现开口高度≥210 mm时,空载状态下,测得水套抑制器外侧端口的微波泄漏最大为 0.5 mW/cm2,符合微波泄漏标准(GB 5959.6 2008)的规定(≤5 mW/cm2).
Optimal Design of a Large Opening Suppressor for Tunnel Microwave Thawing Equipment
Tunnel microwave thawing equipment can thaw frozen meat packaged as a whole.Due to the relatively large packaging size of frozen meat(about 600 mm×400 mm×200 mm),the opening height of the suppressor is required to be≥210 mm to ensure smooth passage of frozen meat through the equip-ment.Reactive suppressors(hybrid suppressors,pin suppressors,etc.)cannot meet the microwave leak-age requirements(≤5 mW/cm2)in terms of size and suppression effect,so resistive suppressors(full wa-ter jacket type)are usually used.A combination of resistive and shielding suppressor is used as the sup-pressor for 915 MHz large opening tunnel microwave thawing equipment.Through electromagnetic simula-tion and structural design,the maximum microwave leakage at the outer port of the water jacket suppres-sor is measured to be 0.5 mW/cm2 under no-load conditions when the opening height is≥210 mm,which meets the requirements of the microwave leakage standard(GB 5959.6 2008)(≤5 mW/cm2).
