Experimental Study on the Influence of Load on Magnetron Coupling in Dual-source Heating System
In order to deal with the problem of insufficient output power of single magnetron,dual-source and multi-source heating are widely used in industry at present. However, this approach lacks theoretical support and experimental exploration. In response to the issue, the coupling between two ports in the heating cavity is used to complete energy injection based on magnetron injection technology. The influence of different absorption loads on the unidirectional and mutual coupling of magnetron in a dual-source heating system is studied. In the experiment,a magnetron with stable output is successfully used to improve the output of another magnetron with poor stability and high noise.Injection locking of the magnetron under different coupling states is achieved, and the frequency locking range under different absorption loads is measured, providing a reference for industrial microwave heating.
