The Influence of Furman Spectral Model on Multipactor Effect of Space Microwave Components
The multipactor effect of space microwave components is one of the unique bottleneck problems affecting the microwave transmission system of spacecraft.Based on parallel flat transmission lines and the Fur-man model which is widely used in multipactor threshold simulation, the influence of secondary electron energy spectrum parameters of intrinsic secondary electrons, elastic scattering electrons, and inelastic scattering electrons in the Furman model on the multipactor threshold is studied, and the change rule of multipactor threshold with parameters are explained reasonably. The research provides guidance for the accurate simulation of multipactor threshold of satellite-borne microwave components.
