结直肠癌肠镜筛查参检率影响因素研究

摘要
结直肠癌作为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人们的生命健康.近年来,结直肠癌的发病率及病死率逐渐上升,早发现早治疗可以极大降低结直肠癌的发病率和病死率.结肠镜检查是结直肠癌筛查的金标准,研究显示国内外结肠镜筛查的参检率普遍偏低,文章综述了目前国内外结肠镜筛查参检率现状以及影响筛查参检率的相关因素,包括年龄、性别、文化程度、工作效率、结肠镜体验感、慢性共病、流行病等因素,为进一步改进筛查策略提供参考.
Abstract
As one of the common malignant tumors,colorectal cancer is a serious threat to our life and health.In recent years,the incidence rate and mortality of colorectal cancer have gradually increased.Early detection and early treatment can greatly reduce the incidence rate and mortality of colorectal cancer.Colonoscopy is taken as the gold standard of colorectal cancer screening.The related researches show that the participation rate of colonoscopy screening at home and abroad is generally low.This paper summarizes the current situation of the participation rate of colonoscopy screening at home and abroad and the related factors affecting the participation rate of screening,including age,gender,education,work efficiency,colonoscopy experience,chronic comorbidity,epidemic and other factors,so as to provide references for further improvement of screening strategies.
