论周敦颐诗文的"诚"品格

"诚"是中国审美实践和审美理想的重要范畴.有宋以降,周敦颐融合儒道佛,完成了"诚"思想的本体论理论建构.周敦颐以一"诚"贯通天人,既在宇宙本体上立"诚"之"天极",又在心性本体上立"诚"之"人极",同时发明"诚"之工夫的进路,为千年儒学"破暗"张本.他将"诚"的品格之光映照于宇宙和社会、人生,以诗文传达了"善""清""乐""拙"的精神旨趣,印证了"胸怀洒落""光风霁月"的向上、向善的高尚人格;将"诚"落实于文,提出"文以载道",展示了诗文"优柔平中"的艺术风格,见证了唐诗的激情洋溢转向宋文"理趣""风雅"的新变历程.周敦颐的"诚"思想对于美好人格的涵养与平和安顺理想社会的建构具有启发意义.
On the character of"sincerity"in Zhou Dunyi's poetry and prose
"Sincerity"is an important category in Chinese aesthetic practice and aesthetic ideals.Since the Song Dynasty,Zhou Dunyi integrated Confucianism,Taoism,and Buddhism,completing the ontological theoretical construction of the concept of"sincerity".Zhou Dunyi used the concept of"sincerity"to connect heaven and man,not only establishing both the"heavenly pole"of"sincerity"on the ontology of the universe and the"human pole"of"sincerity"on the ontology of the mind,but also inventing the path of"sincerity",hence laying the foundation for the thousand-year-old Confucianism to"pierce through darkness".He reflected the light of"sincerity"in the universe,society,and life,conveying the spiritual essence of"goodness","clarity","happiness",and"clumsiness"via poetry and prose,confirming the noble and upward character of"broad-mindedness"and"light breeze and clear moon".The implementation of"sincerity"in literature and the proposal of"writing to convey the Dao"showcase the artistic style of"being graceful,gentle,and peaceful"of poetry and prose,and witness the new transformation of the passionate energy of Tang poetry towards the"rational interest"and"elegant style"of Song literature.Zhou Dunyi's ideology of"sincerity"has enlightening significance for the cultivation of a beautiful personality and the construction of an ideal society of peace and harmony.
