建筑垃圾再生集料在平益高速公路底基层中的应用

对建筑垃圾再生集料在平益高速公路底基层中的应用进行了研究.试验对比了建筑垃圾再生集料和天然集料的基本性能,进行了水泥稳定再生集料混合料配合比设计试验和疲劳性能试验,分析了再生集料用于公路工程的经济效益和降碳效益.结果表明,再生集料的压碎值和吸水率较大,掺入30%天然集料后可用于平益高速公路底基层;70%再生集料掺量的混合料最小水泥用量为4.0%,最大干密度和最佳含水率分别为2.033 g/cm3和9.1%;再生集料的加入能改善混合料的疲劳性能,从而提升底基层耐久性;建筑垃圾再生集料在平益高速公路中的应用具有显著的经济效益、降碳效益和环境效益.
Application of Cement-stabilized Construction Waste Recycling Aggregate in Pingyi Expressway
This paper mainly studies the application of construction waste recycling aggregate in the subbase layer of Pingyi Expressway.The basic performance of construction waste recycled aggregate and natural aggregate was compared,the design test and fatigue performance test of cement stable recycled aggregate mixture mixture were carried out,and the economic benefits and carbon reduction benefits of recycled aggregate for highway engineering were analyzed.The results show that the crushing value and water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate are large,and it can be used for the subbase layer of Pingyi Expressway after being mixed with 30%natural aggregate.The minimum cement dosage of the mixture with 70%recycled aggregate content was 4.0%,and the maximum dry density and optimal moisture content were 2.033 g/cm3 and 9.1%,respectively.The addition of recycled aggregate can improve the fatigue performance of the mixture,thereby improving the durability of the subbase;The application of construction waste recycling aggregates in Pingyi Expressway has significant economic,carbon reduction and environmental benefits.
