摘要
沥青混合料回收利用是路面养护中旧料有效利用的方式.我国目前主要采用马歇尔设计方法进行热再生沥青混合料配合比设计,但该方法的指标体系与实际性能缺乏关联性.为解决这一问题,引入了国外设计沥青混合料的方法(Superpave法和平衡设计法)进行热再生沥青混合料设计.根据不同沥青混合料回收料掺量、再生剂制备了 9种再生沥青混合料.通过开展汉堡车辙试验、半圆弯拉试验和冻融劈裂试验研究了沥青混合料的抗车辙、抗开裂和水稳定性能.试验结果表明基于Superpave法确定的最佳沥青含量制备的再生沥青混合料抗裂性能无法满足规范要求.其中,芳香烃再生沥青混合料对改善抗开裂性能效果最佳.将平衡设计法用于热再生沥青混合料设计可获得高性能的热再生沥青混合料,各项性能均满足规范要求,为我国热再生沥青混合料的广泛应用提供了一种设计方法.
Abstract
Asphalt mixture recycling is an effective method for utilizing old materials in pavement maintenance.Currently in China,the main approach for designing the mix proportions of hot recycled asphalt mixture is the marshall design method.However,this method lacks correlation between its index system and actual performance.To address this issue,this study introduces foreign methods for designing asphalt mixtures(Superpave method and balanced mix design method)for the design of hot recycled asphalt mixtures.Nine types of recycled asphalt mixtures were prepared based on different asphalt mixture recycling rates and rejuvenators.Hamburg wheel tracking test,semi-circular bending test,and freeze-thaw splitting test were conducted to study the rutting resistance,cracking resistance,and water stability of the asphalt mixtures.The test results indicate that the cracking resistance of the recycled asphalt mixtures prepared based on the optimal asphalt content determined by the Superpave method does not meet the specifications.Among them,aromatic hydrocarbon recycled asphalt mixture performs best in improving cracking resistance.Using the balanced mix design method for designing hot recycled asphalt mixtures can yield high-performance mixtures,with all performance indicators meeting specifications,which provides a design method for the widespread application of hot recycled asphalt mixtures in China.
