摘要
重载渠化交通条件下,要求路面材料具有较高抗车辙性能和优异路用性能,针对智轨快运系统高频重载渠化交通条件,对比多项抗车辙技术.以高掺量抗车辙剂、高模量改性剂、环氧沥青、半柔性沥青混合料为代表,综合评价各材料抗车辙性能及其余路用性能,通过试验比选出环氧沥青与半柔性沥青混合料.与其他抗车辙技术相比,半柔性沥青混合料性能优异,动稳定度达到45 000次/mm,同时兼顾水稳定性和低温性能;环氧沥青在具有优异高温抗车辙性能的基础上,低温性能更有优势.恒应变控制条件下,半柔性沥青混合料抗疲劳性能优异.
Abstract
Under the heavy and channelized traffic conditions,pavement materials are required to have higher anti rutted performance and excellent road performance.In response to the high-frequency heavy traffic and channelized traffic conditions of Autonomous rail Rapid Transit,comparing many anti-rutting technologies.Represented by high-content anti-rutting agent,high-modulus additive,epoxy asphalt and semi-flexible asphalt mixture,comprehensive evaluation of the anti-rutted and road performance of each materials,then selected the epoxy asphalt and semi-flexible asphalt mixture through the test.Compared with other anti-rutting technologies,the semi-flexible asphalt mixture has excellent performance,with the Dynamic stability reaches 45 000 times/mm,while combine the water stability and low temperature performance.On the basis of excellent high-temperature anti-rutted performance,epoxy asphalt has more advantages of low-temperature performance.Under constant strain control conditions,semi-flexible asphalt mixture has excellent fatigue resistance.
