Study on High Temperature Performance of High Modulus Modified Asphalt and Mixture
In order to explore the influence of high modulus modifier prepared with natural asphalt on the high temperature performance of asphalt and mixture,this paper takes high modulus natural asphalt modifier HDM as the research object,and prepares high modulus modified asphalt and mixture with different contents.The dynamic shear rheology(DSR)test was used to study the rheological properties of HDM high modulus modified asphalt by temperature scanning test and frequency scanning test.Taking SBS modified asphalt mixture as the control group,the high temperature stability of HDM high modulus modified asphalt mixture was studied by rutting test.The results show that the addition of HDM high modulus modifier can significantly improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture and the high temperature stability.This paper recommends that the optimum content of HDM high modulus modifier is 35%.
