溶剂型冷补沥青混合料路用性能研究

基于相似相溶原理和溶剂挥发性筛选出3种有机溶剂,与线型SBS改性剂、SK70#A级沥青制得自制溶剂型冷补沥青,采用单纯形重心设计法确定各组份最佳组成水平,通过旋转黏度、黏附性、储存稳定性、挥发性指标评价其性能.依据经验公式法与纸迹法确定冷补料油石比,早期强度优选其成型与养生工艺,对比考察自制型与a型、ZY型、乳化型3种冷补料路用性能差异.结果表明,沥青冷补液固含量65%、稀释剂35%、线型SBS掺量3%时上下旋转黏度差值为968 MPa·s、3 d挥发量为7.3%、黏附性达到水煮法5级,冷补液性能最佳;LB级配冷补料最佳油石比为4.5%,二次击实、60℃养生成型早期强度达到9.53 kN且2 d内强度形成,内掺1%水泥改良级配后冷补料早期强度显著提升至13.44 kN,表明内掺水泥可有效提高溶剂型冷补料早期强度;自制型冷补料相较于a型、ZY型溶剂型冷补料具有更优异的路用性能,且残留稳定度达到95%,优于乳化型冷补料,同时也克服了常规溶剂型冷补料早期强度形成慢、耐久性差等不足.
Research on the Road Performance of Solvent Based Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture
Based on similar compatibility theory and volatility screening three organic solvents,mixed with linear SBS modifier,SK70#A grade asphalt to make a new solvent-based cold patch asphalt,using simplex-centroid design method to determine the ratio of each component,through the rotary viscosity,adhesion,storage stability,volatility index to evaluate its performance.Based on the empirical formula method and paper tracing method to determine the cold patch oil to stone ratio,according to the early strength of the preferred molding and curing process,to investigate the pavement performance of cold patch asphalt mixture including self-made,a-type,ZY-type,emulsification type.The results show that the best performance of asphalt cold patch with 65%solid content,35%diluent and 3%linear SBS,and the difference of upper and lower rotational viscosity is 968 MPa·s,the volatility of three days is 7.3%,and the adhesion reaches the level 5 of boiling method;the best oil-stone ratio of LB grade cold patch is 4.5%,the early strength of second compaction and 60 ℃ curing molding reaches 9.53 kN,strength formation in 2 d and the early strength of cold patch is significantly increased to 9.53 kN after 1%cement is mixed inside.The early strength of cold patching material is significantly increased to 13.44 kN,which indicates that the internal cementing can effectively improve the early strength of solvent type cold patching material;the improved graded self-made cold patching material has better pavement performance compared with a-typecold patch asphalt mixture and ZY-type cold patch asphalt mixture,and the water stability is better than emulsified cold patching material,and it also overcomes the shortcomings of conventional solvent type cold patching material such as slow formation of early strength and poor durability.
