聚氨酯改性沥青制备工艺及混合料性能评价

为了推广聚氨酯改性沥青材料的应用,采用离析、针入度、软化点等试验方法对聚氨酯改性沥青的性能进行评价,确定剪切温度(140 ℃)、剪切时间(50 min)、剪切速率(3 500 r/min)、合理掺量(13%)等制备工艺参数.采用车辙、小梁弯曲试验等混合料性能测试技术对SMA-10型薄层罩面聚氨酯改性沥青混合料的高低温路用性能进行了客观评价.结果表明,采用文中确定的制备工艺参数设计的聚氨酯薄层罩面沥青混合料路用性能优良,具备很好的推广应用前景.
Preparation Process and Mixture Performance Evaluation of Polyurethane Modified Asphalt
In order to promote the application of polyurethane modified asphalt materials,experimental methods such as segregation,penetration,and softening point were used to evaluate the performance of polyurethane modified asphalt.Preparation process parameters such as shear temperature(140 ℃),shear time(50 min),shear rate(3 500 r/min),and reasonable dosage(13%)were determined.The performance testing techniques such as rutting and small beam bending tests were used to objectively evaluate the high and low temperature road performance of SMA-10 thin layer polyurethane modified asphalt mixture.The results indicate that the polyurethane thin layer overlay asphalt mixture designed using the preparation process parameters determined in the article has excellent road performance and good prospects for promotion and application.
