摘要

近年来,我国隧道工程建设越来越多,隧道施工最为关键的一步是施工工法的选择,这关系到隧道建设中的安全及成本问题,因此选择最优的开挖工法尤为重要,目前对于公路隧道施工工法优选,尚未较好地综合考虑到稳定性和经济性.因此依据某隧道工程,初选了全断面法、CD法及CRD法这3种施工工法,通过数值模拟分析位移、应力及塑性区,得到稳定性的定量化指标值,再结合经济性相关指标评分,利用模糊层次分析法进行权重计算,最终得到最优的施工工法为CD法,研究了综合考虑稳定性和经济性的工法优选流程.

Abstract

In recent years,there was an increasing number of tunnel construction in our country,and the most critical step of tunnel construction was the selection of construction method,which related to the safety and cost in the tunnel construction,so select the optimal excavation method is very important,and currently there is not a good optimization of highway tunnel construction method,which comprehensively considered the stability and economy.Therefore,according to a tunnel project,three construction methods,including full section method,CD method and CRD method were selected.The displacement,stress and plastic zone were analyzed by numerical simulation,so as to obtain the quantitative index value of stability.Combined with the score of economic related index,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight,the optimal construction method ultimately obtained is the CD method.The optimization process of construction method considering stability and economy is studied.
