盾构隧道下穿施工对邻近输电杆塔变形影响研究

盾构隧道开挖施工势必会对上部既有建构筑物造成不同程度的影响,尤其是高压输电杆塔等高耸结构对地基变形控制要求较高,易产生倾覆甚至倒塌.因此开展盾构隧道施工影响研究对评价邻近既有输电杆塔安全性具有重要意义.现有研究主要集中于山岭隧道和高压输电杆塔间相互影响,针对盾构隧道的研究在模拟方法上尚不完善.基于此,以国内某下穿输电杆塔的地下铁路通道工程为背景,通过有限差分软件FLAC3D建立了隧道开挖模型,研究了盾构隧道下穿施工对邻近输电杆塔基础的影响规律.重点计算了地层变形、输电杆塔基础沉降、沉降差和倾斜率,并结合工程规范对计算结果进行分析,验证了输电杆塔的安全性.计算方法可为类似输电工程安全防护提供参考.
Study on the Influence of Underpass Construction of Shield Tunnel on the Deformation of Adjacent Transmission Tower
The excavation and construction of shield tunnel is bound to have different degrees of influence on the existing structures in the upper part.Especially the high-voltage transmission tower and other high-rise structures have high requirements for foundation deformation control and are prone to overturn or even collapse.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the impact of shield tunnel construction on evaluating the safety of adjacent existing transmission towers.Existing researches mainly focus on the interactions between mountain tunnels and field high-voltage transmission towers,and the researches for shield tunnels are not yet perfect in terms of simulation methods.Based on this,with the background of a domestic underground railroad passage project under the transmission tower,a tunnel excavation model is established through the finite difference software FLAC3D,the influence law of shield tunnel under-passing construction on the foundation of the adjacent transmission tower is studied.Emphasis was placed on calculating the deformation of the strata,the settlement of the transmission tower foundation,the settlement difference and the tilt rate are analyzed,and the calculation results are analyzed with relevant engineering standards,which verifies the safety of the transmission tower,and this paper and its calculation method can be used as a reference for similar transmission projects.
