准确的交通流量预测能够为出行者提供实时、可靠的交通信息,避免因道路拥堵引发的交通事故风险.因此,提出基于MC-STGNN模型的高速公路交通流量精准预测方法,首先,建立毫米波雷达系统采集高速公路交通流量数据;其次,对采集的数据展开缺失值填补,提高数据采集精度;最后,建立MC-STGNN模型,将采集的交通流量数据划分为周期性时间序列,并对其展开时间、空间位置编码以获取高速公路节点之间的动态相关性,通过设置多头自我注意力机制分析交通流量数据之间的时间相关性,并建立图生成器结合门控图卷积预测高速公路交通流量.试验结果表明,所提方法具有较高的数据采集精度与预测精度.
Research on Accurate Prediction of Expressway Traffic Flow Based on MC-STGNN Model
Accurate traffic flow prediction can provide travelers with real-time and reliable traffic information,avoiding the risk of traffic accidents caused by road congestion.Therefore,a precise prediction method for highway traffic flow based on MC-STGNN model is proposed.Firstly,a millimeter wave radar system is established to collect highway traffic flow data;Secondly,fill in missing values in the collected data to improve the accuracy of data collection;finally,an MC-STGNN model is established to divide the collected traffic flow data into periodic time series,and the dynamic correlations between highway nodes are obtained by encoding their temporal and spatial positions.By setting up a multi head self attention mechanism,the temporal correlations between traffic flow data are analyzed,and a graph generator combined with gate graph convolution is established to predict highway traffic flow.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high data acquisition accuracy and prediction accuracy.
