Intergenerational Transformation of Core Subjects in Human Relations and Its Functional Interpretation
"Human relations"is one of the important concepts in the movement of"localization of social sci-ences".The"human relations"is an important part of rural life which runs through an individual's entire life.Through field research, this study focuses on two main issues:first, what is the significance of the absence of the core position of the"human relations";second, what is the significance of those who occupy the core position in the"human relations"entering these activities.By summarizing the types of"human relations"items and following the main line of time, the relationship between"human relations"items and an individual's life is outlined. The research finds that the core position of the"human relations''is mainly shouldered by parents. This process con-nects the life journeys of the older and younger generations, and the important life events of the younger generation overlap with the daily lives of the older generation. The timeline of the"human relations"unfolds the gradually ex-panding process of the older generation's human relations circle. The two main characteristics that connect the ol-der and younger generations are circularity and centralization of the nuclear family. The older generation pushes the younger generation into society through the family, and one of the more important cultural forms is the"human rela-tions".
