Logic Mechanism and Implementation Pathways for Promoting Shared Prosperity through Tourism in Ethnic Villages
The challenge of maintaining shared prosperity through tourism in ethnic villages after achieving pov-erty alleviation is a pressing concern for both academia and government authorities. From the research perspective centered on tourism revenue as the economic essence,it is imperative to recognize the diverse forces driving the promotion of shared prosperity in ethnic village tourism, including political support, economic sustenance, legal foundations, and ethical backing.Simultaneously,we must remain mindful of the practical hindrances on the path to shared prosperity in ethnic village tourism, such as the emergence of"tourism enclaves",the issue of"tourism hollowness",and the limited and superficial involvement of marginalized villagers in tourism activities.Building upon these insights,a comprehensive approach has been implemented to gradually achieve the common goal of shared prosperity in ethnic tourism villages, which involves fostering the motivation and endogenous capabilities of villagers for wealth generation, establishing a fair system to ensure the equitable distribution of tourism revenues a-mong relevant stakeholders, dynamically adjusting income allocation measures at various stages of the tourism life-cycle,and connecting economically disadvantaged villagers with multiple channels for tourism-related income gener-ation.
