"Spatial Situation-Remodeling Process"of the Governance of Relocated Communities for Poverty Alleviation:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Z Community in L County in Southwestern Guangxi
Effective community governance is an important issue for community stability and harmonious devel-opment of the relocated communities,and also the core content with regard to moving out,stable living,developing and becoming rich.Based on the analysis framework of"spatial situation-remodeling process",the micro-survey conducted in Z community in L county in Southwest Guangxi found that due to the change of spatial situation caused by the spatial replacement of relocated communities for poverty alleviation,it is the representation of spatial discom-forts by the relocated migration for poverty alleviation,which brings about the alternation of urban and rural space,the collapse of economic space,the rigidity of governance space,the narrow integration space and the imbalance of psychological space.Z community in L county constructed a diversified governance structure through the integration of governance space,innovated diverse livelihoods,and increased the service space to accelerate the integration of individual society,forming a reconstruction process that further responds to the series of changes caused by the new spatial situation.
