Retrospect and prospect on the Reform of the Rural Homestead System
The reform of the rural homestead system is a key and challenging part of the rural"three lands"re-form,attracting considerable academic attention.A comprehensive review of existing research on the reform of the ru-ral homestead system reveals a wealth of findings,with hotspots in the research focusing on the practical pathways of reform from multiple perspectives,the factors influencing reform from multiple dimensions,and the mechanisms of re-form action from various angles.From small-scale explorations to large-scale pilots,the practice of rural homestead system reform will continue to progress"from point to surface"and will timely enter the rollout phase.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current research status and empirical surveys on the grassroots practical needs for cau-tiously advancing the reform,future studies on the reform of the rural homestead system should focus on the participa-tion of farmers as subjects during the reform process,the contribution of the rural homestead system reform to the con-struction of a strong agricultural country,the support of the rural homestead system reform for the development of a new type of rural collective economy and the realization of common prosperity,as well as research on the evaluation of reform practices and their effectiveness.
