Industrial Co-agglomeration and High-Quality Economic Development:Based on Empirical Analysis of High-tech Industry and Producer Services
This paper measured the level of co-agglomeration of high-tech industry, productive service industry and the level of economic high-quality development with the data of 30 provinces in China by using location entropy and SBM-DDF model respectively. On this basis, with the help of dynamic spatial panel model, the results show:From a national point of view:the co-agglomeration of the two industries have significantly promoted the economic high-quality development; The impact of the co-agglomeration of the two industries is inverted"U"shape and most of the provinces in China are located on the left side of the inverted"U"curve, which is the promotion period. The eco-nomic high-quality development has a significant cumulative cyclical time effect, the co-agglomeration of the two in-dustries has positive spatial spillover effect to the economic high-quality development. From the viewpoint of regional differences:two-industry co-agglomeration in the eastern region has a negative effect on the economic high-quality de-velopment,two-industry co-agglomeration in the central region has a positive effect on the economic high-quality de-velopment,and there is a positive spatial spillover effect, which is not significant in the western region. From the viewpoint of subsectors:high-tech manufacturing industry only promotes economic high-quality development with the co-agglomeration of"transportation, warehousing and postal industry"and"financial industry",and there is a posi-tive spatial spillover effect.
