中学开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的实践路向——基于社会共情赋权的视角

青少年阶段是铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的关键时期,中学是铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的核心阵地.基于社会共情赋权视角,探究个体共情、情境理解、社会责任感、技能建构、青少年赋权五个核心要素在中学阶段铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育中的内在机理.在此基础上,为中学场域中铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育提出具体的实践路径:奠定"知情行"与共的共情基础、打造文化交往与人际融通的共情情境、构筑社会责任共担的家-校-社共情场域、培养青少年全面共情能力、推进以主体性激发为指向的共情行动.
Practical Approaches of Consolidatinga Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation within Ethnic Middle Schools from Perspective of Social Empathy Empowerment
The adolescent stage is a critical period for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,with ethnic middle schools playing a pivotal role in this educational endeavor.From the perspective of social empathy empowerment,this article explores the inherent mechanisms of five core elements:individual empathy,situ-ational understanding,social responsibility,skill construction,and youth empowerment,for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in middle schools.Based on this,specific practical paths are proposed for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in middle schools:establishing a foundational empa-thy basis of"knowledge,emotion and action",creating empathy situations for cultural exchange and interpersonal communication,constructing a home-school-society empathy field sharing in social responsibility,cultivating compre-hensive empathy abilities of young people,and promoting empathy actions that aim to inspire subjectivity.
