Memory Community:the Cultural Mechanism of Media Participation in Community Governance
The social community has the connotation of"community",and its formation is closely related to com-munication.Essentially,it should be a community of shared memories,primarily formed through communication.In the memory field constructed by new media in the community,the media continuously releases the energy of memory,serving as the internal driving force for generating a memory community.The memory community exerts its effect through internal and external mechanisms,inwardly pointing to the emotional connection of community locality and outwardly promoting the joint construction of a community home through functional integration of media.On this ba-sis,the community can form a joint force of memory through collective effort,that is,to construct a memory symbiosis scene of virtual and real integration through real-time connected interactions,to strengthen memory practice and emo-tional resonance through narrative resources at different levels,and to pursue personal value and firm belief in the na-tion-state in cultural identity,thereby strengthening the memory community based on geography but transcending its limitations.
