The Intrinsic Logic and Governance Strategies for Internet Populism under Algorithmic Recommendation
Algorithmic recommendation,with its precision,is extensively employed in cyberspace,forming the backdrop against which internet populism operates.Empowered by this technology,internet populism harnesses the crowd psychology of netizens to direct the grassroots in online gatherings,fermentation,and diffusion of popu-lism,intensifying its frequency and expanding its impact.This poses serious security risks to China's network ecol-ogy and social stability.To address this,a comprehensive governance strategy for internet populism is proposed,based on a logical analysis of technology,psychology,and practice.This strategy encompasses value guidance,technological enhancement,literacy promotion,legal regulation,and social justice to achieve the integration of technical and value logics.By mastering algorithmic recommendation,we aim to dismantle the genesis of internet populism,thereby maintaining a clean,upright internet ecosystem and a united,stable social environment.
