Traditional knowledge in rural society encompasses the collective intellectual achievements formed and transmitted by various ethnic groups in China through long-term production and daily life practices.This knowl-edge serves as both a vital livelihood resource for rural communities and an essential intellectual support for imple-menting the rural revitalization strategy,contributing to the sustainable development of local economies and socie-ties.Traditional communities,as key spaces for the production and dissemination of traditional knowledge,are closely linked to this knowledge and hold significant value for its protection and inheritance.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,to effectively protect traditional knowledge while addressing the relatively"traditional"characteristics and environment of rural society,traditional communities must enhance efforts in various areas,in-cluding innovative mechanisms,social norms and rules,information technology,and self-protection mechanisms.
