Artificiality,human-affiliation nature,and human-centric nature are the general nature of the social community,and the people-oriented nature is its essential connotation or essence.A social community is established jointly by all members of society for the better survival of all members.All members of society are the masters of soci-ety,and social administrators shoulder the responsibility of serving all members of society.They govern the society with the power granted by social members.As the inherent nature,the people-oriented nature of social community re-quires the establishment of the core ideas and basic principles of social governance in practice,including the suprem-acy of the people,legal rule,individual well-being,and social justice.In the civilized society of mankind,the reali-zation of the people-oriented nature of the social community has gone through a very complicated process of deforma-tion and alienation.Chinese path to modernization has opened up a new way to fully realize the social community and the people-oriented nature in the era of globalization.
