Chemical constituents of Baiqin Qinghuo Keli by UPLC-TOF-MS(I)
Objective To qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents of Baiqin Qinghuo Keli.Methods UPLCTOF-MS was employed for analysis.Chromatograph was carried out on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm ×100 mm, 1.7 μm) with 0.1% formic acid in water (A) and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile (B) at 0.35 mL · min-1 as the mobile phase.ESI-MS data were acquired in a negative mode.Major constituents in the preparation were characterized by matching their accurate mass with that of the constituents of source herbs.Results A total of 23 compounds derived from 5 herbs were indentified, i.e., purpureaside C, jionoside A1 and B1, liquiritin apioside, isoacteoside,baicalin, mudanpioside C and B, wogonin, licoricesaponin G2 and H2, astragaloside Ⅳ, astragaloside Ⅰ , Ⅱ and a cetylastragaloside Ⅰ , reflecting the multiple constituents composition of Chinese medicinal formulae effectively.Conclusion High resolution of UPLC coupled with accurate mass obtained from TOF-MS provide a rapid and efficient method for chemical analysis of Chinese traditional formulae.
