目的 研究白毛七化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、制备液相色谱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定.结果 从白毛七中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为securigran Ⅰ(1)、4α,8β-dihydroxy-5α(H)-eudesm-7(11)-en-8,12-olide (2)、chloraeudolide (3)、zedoarolide B(4)、serralactone C(5)、peroxiatractylenolideⅢ(6)、spicachlorantin B(7)、shizukaol C(8)、3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylicacid 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxycarbonylethyl ester (9).结论 化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective To investigate the chemical compositions from rhizomes of Chloranthus multistachys Pei..Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,and the structures were elucidated by the physical and chemical methods and spectral data.Results Nine compounds were isolated,and their structures were determined as securigran Ⅰ (1),4α,8β-dihydroxy-5α (H)-eudesm-7 (11)-en-8,12-olide (2),chloraeudolide (3),zedoarolide B (4),serralactone C (5),peroxiatractylenolide Ⅲ (6),spicachlorantin B (7),shizukaol C (8),and 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylicacid 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxycarbonylethyl ester (9).Conclusion Compound 1-9 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
