摘要

目的 比较干姜与甘草合煎后6-姜辣素、甘草酸和甘草苷含量的变化.方法 采用HPLC法同时测定干姜、甘草单煎液以及不同配伍比例合煎液中6-姜辣素、甘草酸和甘草苷含量的变化.结果 与单煎液比较,干姜与甘草合煎液中6-姜辣素、甘草酸含量均有所下降,其中干姜与甘草1∶2、1∶3的合煎液中6-姜辣素的含量分别降低7.50%、15.63%,甘草酸的含量分别降低19.16%、24.48%.结论 干姜与甘草合煎后,两者代表性有效成分6-姜辣素和甘草酸含量根据药材配伍比例不同,有不同程度的降低,甘草苷的含量变化无明显差异.初步揭示了甘草缓和干姜峻烈之性的物质基础所在,但其深层次的作用机制有待于进一步研究.

Abstract

Objective To compare the contents of 6-gingerol,glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in Zingiberis Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (ZR-GRR) mixed decoction.Methods Single GRR decoction,ZR decoction and different compatibility proportion ZR-GRR mixed decoction were taken as test samples,the content change of 6-gingerol,glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin was measured simultaneously by HPLC.Results Compared with GRR decoction and ZR decoction,the contents of 6-gingerol and glycyrrhizic acid were both reduced;the contents of 6-gingerol and glycyrrhizic acid decreased by 7.50% and 15.63%;and 19.16% and 24.48% in ZR-GRR mixed decoction at a ratio of 1 ∶ 2 and 1 ∶ 3,respectively.Conclusion The effective contents of components (6-gingerol and glycyrrhizic acid) in ZR-GRR mixed decoction decrease to some extent in different compatibility proportions of ZR-GRR mixed decoction.The liquiritin variation is not obviously different,indicating the material basis that GRR can relieve the strong nature of ZR,but the concrete mechanism need further study.
