摘要
通过临床药学服务的实例, 从拟定重症感染的药物治疗方案、药源性疾病的识别与处理两个方面, 总结临床药师对外科患者开展药学服务的经验及药学服务的实践模式.临床药师及时拟定重症感染的药物治疗方案、调整营养治疗药物、综合干预术后精神障碍, 可为外科患者安全、合理使用药物起到积极作用.
Abstract
We drew up drug therapy plans for serious infections through the practice of pharmaceutical service for typical surgical patients, and tried to recognize and deal with drug-induced diseases. The pharmaceutical service in the Department of Surgery and the practice mode of clinical pharmacists were summarized. Clinical pharmacist can help enhance the safety and rationality of drug usage for surgical patients by formulating the treatment regimen, adjusting the nutrition support plan and comprehensive intervention for mental disorders after the surgery.
