Chemical components of Weikangling capsules by UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS
Objective To qualitatively analyze the chemical components of Weikangling capsules based on UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS.Methods A Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 C18 column(1.7 μm,2.1 mm× 150 mm)was used for the gradient elution with 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase,with a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1,column temperature of 40 ℃,and injection volume of 2 μL.The data were collected in both positive and negative ion modes by electrospray ionization source.The scanning mode was full scan/data dependent secondary scan(Full MS/dd-MS2).Results Totally 142 chemical compounds,including 58 triterpenoids,32 alkaloids,17 monoterpenoids,12 flavonoids,10 polyphenols,6 organic acids,3 phenanthrenes,1 coumarin,1 lignan,1 chromene and 1 nitrogen glycoside were identified in the water extraction of Weikangling capsules.Conclusion UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS can quickly and effectively identify the chemical compounds in Weikangling capsules to clarify the effective substances of Weikangling capsules.
