Analysis of chemical constituents in Rhamnus erythroxylum Pallas by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS
Objective To rapidly analyze chemical constituents in Rhamnus erythroxylum Pallas by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Methods Chromatographic separation was conducted on BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)with the mobile phase of 0.1%formic acid water-acetonitrile in gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The scanning was performed in the positive-and negative-ion Full-ddMS2 mode.With mzCloud and Chemspider search and fragmentation pathway,the chemical components in Rhamnus erythroxylum Pallas were analyzed.Results Totally 138 compounds were identified,mainly flavonoids and phenolic acids.Conclusion The chemical constituents in Rhamnus erythroxylum Pallas are identified out rapidly,which provides reference for the quality control and pharmacodynamics of Rhamnus erythroxylum Pallas.
