摘要
目的 建立蒙药文冠木配方颗粒的高效液相色谱方法指纹图谱及指标成分的含量测定,为评价蒙药文冠木配方颗粒的质量提供参考.方法 色谱柱:COSMOSIL 5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),柱温30℃,流动相采用乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,流速1 mL·min-1,梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm,建立15批蒙药文冠木配方颗粒指纹图谱,同时对 14种成分进行含量测定.结果 建立了蒙药材文冠木配方颗粒的指纹图谱,相似度均大于 0.900,共标定了 21 个共有峰,指认了其中 14 种成分,并对指认的成分进行含量测定.结论 建立的指纹图谱及含量测定方法准确,稳定性好,可为蒙药材文冠木配方颗粒的质量控制提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To establish a fingerprint and determine the content of index components of Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia formula granules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia formula granules.Methods COSMOSIL 5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used.The column temperature was 30℃.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrin-0.1%phosphoric acid,a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,and a detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The fingerprint of Xanthoceras sorbifolia was established,with the similarity higher than 0.900.Totally 21 common peaks were identified and 14 components were confirmed.The content of 14 components were determined.Conclusion The fingerprint and content determination method is accurate and stable,which provides a reference for the quality control of Mongolian medicine Xanthoceras sorbifolia formula granules.
