基于电子鼻技术结合网络药理学分析半夏不同炮制品的气味差异标志物

目的 借助Heracles Ⅱ超快速气相电子鼻获取半夏不同炮制品的气味指纹图谱信息,并结合网络药理学分析半夏不同炮制品之间的气味差异标志物.方法 使用Heracles Ⅱ超快速气相电子鼻获取半夏不同炮制品的气相色谱图,利用多元分析方法,得到半夏不同炮制品的气味差异标志物,结合网络药理学分析,得到差异成分的靶点和通路,从而预测半夏不同炮制品潜在的气味差异标志物.结果 半夏不同炮制品共鉴定出21 个与气味相关的化学成分,其中甲基丁香酚、二乙基酮等5 个成分是半夏不同炮制品的气味差异标志物,经网络药理学分析,这些成分具有止咳、抗炎等作用.结论 所建立的半夏及其炮制品气味指纹图谱专属性强,筛选出5种可作为半夏不同炮制品的潜在气味差异标志物的化学成分,可为中药炮制机制及工艺研究提供新思路和适用方法.
Odor differential markers for different processed products of Pinelliae Rhizoma by electronic nose combined with network pharmacology
Objective To obtain the odor fingerprint information of different processed products of Pinelliae Rhizoma with Heracles Ⅱ ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose,and to analyze the odor differential markers of different processed Pinelliae Rhizoma products combined with network pharmacology.Methods Heracles Ⅱ ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose was used to obtain the gas chromatograms of different processed products of Pinelliae Rhizoma.Multivariate analysis was used to obtain the odor differential markers for products.Combined with network pharmacology,the targets and pathways of different components were obtained,and the potential odor differential markers of products of Pinelliae Rhizoma were predicted.Results Totally 21 odor related chemical components were identified in the processed products of Pinelliae Rhizoma.Among them,five components such as methyleugenol and diethyl ketone were the odor differential markers,and network pharmacological analysis showed that these components had anti-cough and anti-inflammation effects.Conclusion The odor fingerprint of Pinelliae Rhizoma and its processed products are highly specific,and five chemical components could be used as potential odor differential markers for processed products of Pinelliae Rhizoma.This study provides new ideas for the research on the mechanism and processing technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
