摘要
目的 研究茯神中裂环羊毛甾烷型化学成分.方法 应用硅胶柱色谱、RP-18中压柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 葡聚糖凝胶、半制备HPLC等分离手段进行分离纯化,所获得的单体化合物经核磁共振波谱和质谱数据鉴定.结果 从茯神中分离鉴定出11 个裂环羊毛甾烷类单体化合物,分别为茯苓新酸B(1)、茯苓新酸A(2)、茯苓新酸DM(3)、16α,27-二羟基-3,4-裂环羊毛甾-4(28),8(9),24-三烯-3,21-二酸(4)、茯苓新酸ZC(5)、茯苓新酸ZM(6)、茯苓新酸E(7)、茯苓新酸D(8)、茯苓新酸ZG(9)、茯苓新酸M(10)、茯苓新酸L(11).结论 化合物4~6和9~11首次从茯苓的药用部位茯神中分离得到.
Abstract
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of seco-lanostane in Poria cum Pini Radix.Methods The seco-lanostanes were separated and purified with a variety of chromatographic techniques as silica gel column,RP-18 medium pressure column,Sephadex LH-20 column,and preparative HPLC,and identified by NMR and MS spectroscopy.Results Totally 11 seco-lanostanes were isolated from Poria cum Pini Radix,and identified as poricoic acid B(1),poricoic acid A(2),poricoic acid DM(3),16α,27-dihydroxy-3,4-secolanosta-4(28),8(9),24-triene-3,21-dioic acid(4),poricoic acid ZC(5),poricoic acid ZM(6),poricoic acid E(7),poricoic acid D(8),poricoic acid ZG(9),poricoic acid M(10)and poricoic acid L(11).Conclusion Compounds 4~6 and 9~11 have been obtained from the Poria cum Pini Radix for the first time.
