青蒿素及其衍生物不仅具有抗疟活性,还展现出了广泛的抗肿瘤活性.这类化合物通过多种途径实现抗肿瘤作用,包括诱导活性氧生成、阻滞肿瘤细胞增殖周期、引发肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移、克服肿瘤耐药性以及调节肿瘤免疫.本文对青蒿素类衍生物的抗肿瘤作用机制方面的最新研究进展进行了综述.
Advances in the mechanism of antitumor activity of artemisinin and its derivatives
In addition to their well-known antimalarial activity,artemisinin and its derivatives exhibit broad-spectrum antitumor activity.Artemisinin derivatives exert their antitumor effects through various mechanisms,including the induction of reactive oxygen species,cell cycle arrest in tumor cells,induction of apoptosis,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis,suppression of tumor cell invasion and metastasis,reversal of tumor drug resistance,and modulation of tumor immunity.This article summarized the latest research progress in the mechanism underlying the antitumor activity of artemisinin derivatives.
