摘要
衢枳壳作为浙江地区道地中药材,在2018年入选新"浙八味"中药材培育品种后,其药理作用得到愈来愈多的关注.研究发现,衢枳壳及其活性成分具有抗炎、平喘、降血糖、保肝、抗氧化、降血脂、调节肠道菌群、抑菌和免疫调节等多种药理作用,具有良好的药用开发前景.本研究归纳总结了衢枳壳及其主要化学成分的药理作用和机制研究进展,为衢枳壳的进一步药用开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Quzhou Aurantii Fructus,an authentic medicinal material in Zhejiang,has been selected as one of new"Zhejiang 8 Famous Kinds Herbal Medicines"in 2018,whose pharmacological effects have been paid much attention.Quzhou Aurantii Fructus extract and its active components have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammation,relieve asthma,hypoglycemic,hepatoprotective,anti-oxidation,hypolipidemic,regulation of intestinal flora,bacteriostasis and immune regulation,etc.This review summarized the research progress in pharmacological effects and mechanism of Quzhou Fructus Aurantii and its main chemical components,to provide reference for further development and utilization of Quzhou Aurantii Fructus.
