Determination of multi-index components in Mongolian medicine Sanzi powder
Objective To conduct an overall quality evaluation of Mongolian medicine Sanzi powder based on multi-index component content determination combined with grey relational analysis(GRA)for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method. Methods The contents of chebulic acid, gallic acid, punicalin, punicalagin, jasminoside B,caffeic acid, corilagin, geniposide, chebulagic acid,1,2,3,4,6-O-pentagalloylglucose,chebulinic acid and ellagic acid were determined by HPLC,and the overall quality evaluation model was established by GRA combined with TOPSIS.Results Totally 12 indicator components showed a good linearity within their respective mass concentration ranges, with correlation coefficients r no less than 0.9995.The average recovery was 96.72%~104.07%,and the RSD was 1.4%~2.6%.The results of GRA and TOPSIS analysis were basically the same.According to the values from TOPSIS and GRA analysis, the sample S1,S3,S4,S6,S10,S12,S14,and S15 ranked the top 8 of all samples. Conclusion GRA-TOPSIS method eliminates the interference of human factors and transforms the mult-dimensional problem into one-dimension one, improves the science and accuracy of multi-index decision analysis, accurately reflects the gap between evaluation schemes, and the evaluates overall quality and screens high-quality resources of Sanzi powder.
