Prediction of quality markers for Quercus Infectoria Galls based on chemical composition,pharmacological effect and network pharmacology
Quercus Infectoria Galls is a gall from the larvae of Gallapidae insects on the young branches of the gallic tree of the Fagaceae.It has a long history in medicine,with effect in diarrhea prevention,congrolling nocturnal emission,preventing cough and bleeding,and healing sores.It is used for chronic diarrhea,spermatorrhea,night sweat,cough,trauma bleeding,stomatitis and other diseases.Based on the core theory of traditional Chinese medicine quality marker(Q-Marker),Q-Markers were predicted from three aspects:medicinal properties and functional indications,medicinal effect and pharmacological effect of modern medicine,and chemical compositions.Through literature analysis,the source of Q-Markers of gallstones was located,and the effectiveness of components was analyzed by network pharmacology.Compounds such as ellagic acid,gallic acid,ellagic acid,methyl gallate,ethyl gallate and other compounds in the polyphenolic and phenolic acid ester components can be used as the main Q-Markers of Quercus Infectoria Galls,providing references for standard quality control.
