摘要
铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡调控模式,近年来受到国内外学者的高度重视.研究发现,铁死亡不仅能够加剧胰腺炎的进展,而且能够增强胰腺癌对化疗药物的敏感性,尤其是对吉西他滨.本文主要总结了国内外铁死亡在胰腺疾病中的研究进展和相关作用机制,以期为胰腺疾病的防治提供发展方向,并对关键性问题提供建议,以促进铁死亡在防治胰腺疾病中的应用.
Abstract
Ferroptosis,a novel mode of cell death regulation,has gathered much attention from domestic and international scholars in recent years.This mechanism of cell death exacerbates the progression of pancreatitis and enhances the sensitivity of pancreatic cancer to chemotherapeutic drugs,especially gemcitabine.This article aims to summarize the research progress and related mechanisms of ferroptosis in pancreatic diseases both domestically and internationally,and provide a direction for the prevention and treatment of pancreatic diseases.Moreover,it also provides suggestions to critical issues,optimizing the application of ferroptosis in the prevention and treatment of pancreatic diseases.
