摘要
目的 研究顶花板凳果(Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.)的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱以及半制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并结合其理化性质及NMR、IR、MS等波谱学技术进行结构解析.结果 从顶花板凳果80％乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别为(+)-syringaresinol(1)、苯甲酸(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、对羟基苯乙酮(4)、香草酸(5)、丁香醛(6)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮(7)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯)-1-丙酮(9)、schumannione(10).结论 化合物1～4、7～10为首次从板凳果属植物中分离得到.
Abstract
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc..Methods The separation and purification were conducted by silica gel column chromatography,gel column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography.The structural was analyzed by combining its physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques such as NMR,IR and MS.Results Ten compounds were isolated from 80％ethanol extract of Pachysandra terminalis and identified as(+)-syringaresinol(1),benzoic acid(2),4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(3),4-hydroxyacetophenone(4),vanillic acid(5),syringaldehyde(6),4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyacetophenone(7),3,4,5-trimethoxylbenzoic acid(8),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(9),and schumannione(10).Conclusion Compounds 1～4,and 7～10 have been isolated for the first time from Pachysandra.
