摘要

目的 优化银星养脑方醇提工艺.方法 基于单因素实验,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取溶剂倍数为影响因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法,以阿魏酸、3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖、金松双黄酮、异银杏素的转移率和浸膏得率为评价指标,结合G1-熵权法计算综合评分,优选银星养脑方最佳醇提工艺.结果 建立了工艺评价函数模型,模型预测最佳提取工艺为6倍量60%的乙醇提取1.4 h,提取2次.结论 该提取方法稳定可行,可为银星养脑方的批量生产提供参考.

Abstract

Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction of Yinxing Yangnao formula.Methods Based on the single factor experiments,ethanol concentration,extraction time and times of extraction solvent were used as the influence factors.Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used,and the transfer rates of ferulic acid,3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose,sciadopitysin,isoginkgetin and extract yield as evaluation indexes.Combined with G1-entropy weight method,the comprehensive score was calculated to optimize the alcohol extraction of Yinxing Yangnao formula.Results The model predicted that the optimal extraction process was extraction with 6 times of 60%ethanol for 1.4 h and 2 extractions.Conclusion The extraction method is stable and feasible,which can provide a theoretical basis for the mass production of Yinxing Yangnao formula.
