Practice and contemplation in target drug delivery design based on the meridian guide theory of traditional Chinese medicine
By reviewing the concept of target drug delivery based on median-guide theory and its validation process by pharmacokinetics and molecular biology,this paper indicated that the scientific connotations of Chinese medicine could be explained by modem technology,which may facilitate the development of drug use,new delivery methods as well as development of function excipients.
