摘要
本文通过回顾引经靶向思想的提出以及利用现代药物动力学、分子生物学等多学科技术方法进行设想验证的过程及结果,指出利用现代科学技术有望阐明中药药性理论的科学内涵,并据此推进临床合理用药、新剂型研制、功能辅料开发等的发展.
Abstract
By reviewing the concept of target drug delivery based on median-guide theory and its validation process by pharmacokinetics and molecular biology,this paper indicated that the scientific connotations of Chinese medicine could be explained by modem technology,which may facilitate the development of drug use,new delivery methods as well as development of function excipients.
