纳米金刚石载药及其抗肿瘤应用研究进展

《本草纲目》中提到金刚石主治磨水涂汤火伤.现代科学研究证明金刚石(特别是纳米金刚石)生物相容性良好、毒副作用小、物理化学稳定性好、硬度高、导热快、表面活性高且容易功能化等特性.纳米金刚石可以实现多种化学及核酸药物的担载,应用于抗肿瘤药物递送等领域.文章综述了近年来基于功能化纳米金刚石的开发及其在白血病、结肠癌、肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等疾病中的应用进展,以期为金刚石更好地应用于临床提供新方向.
Research progress in functionalized nanodiamond-related drug delivery for antitumor applications
In Compendium of Materia Medica,diamond has been mentioned for the treatment of burns and scalds.Modern medical research shows that diamond(especially nanodiamond)displays excellent biocompatibility,minimal toxicity,outstanding physical and chemical stability,superhardness,high thermal conduction,high surface activity,and easy functionalization,etc.Nanodiamonds combined with various chemical drugs and/or nucleic acid drugs are favorable for highly efficient drug delivery in antitumor treatments.This review,based on functionalized nanodiamonds,summarized the current achievements in biomedical applications for the antitumor treatment of leukemia,colon cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer and pancreatic cancer,etc.,aiming to provide new ideas clinical practice.
